Microsoft brings right to repair to Surface

Although its market share is not particularly high, The truth is that Surface devices are a very interesting proposal for certain user profiles, and they fit quite well into the needs and policies of quite a few companies. In addition, over the years Microsoft has been adding new models and updating the most successful ones, so that today we can find a wide variety of devices with very different profiles.

The main criticism that usually falls on these devices has to do with their price, since being mostly a premium proposal, they are out of reach for some pockets. However, I think it is worth noting that this is the only negative point found by the majority, since it indicates that, otherwise, the level of satisfaction of its users with Microsoft devices is very high, something that deserves to be outstanding and that, without a doubt, It is the result of the seniority of those from Redmond with the hardware.

Now, the fact that they are a very reliable proposal does not mean that the Surface will never break down. Like any other device of this type, there are multiple circumstances that can cause some element of it to end up failing. And when the time comes to have to make a repair, There is no other choice but to go to the official technical service or, in any case, try to carry it out at our expense and risk. As we told you a few months ago, the Microsoft Surface deserve a remarkable seven out of ten.
