Bitcoin is not a reliable currency according to the BoE
According to the Deputy Governor for Financial Stability at the Bank of England (BoE), Sir Jon Cunliffe, cryptocurrencies are not reliable currencies. The institution therefore spoke on Monday to encourage banks and other financial companies to adopt an “aparticularly cautious and circumspect approach As long as the regulators have not put in place new rules. The BoE is indeed waiting for more legal frameworks to ensure that volatile cryptocurrencies are more stable and therefore more reliable. Note, however, that new regulations could cause the price of bitcoin to fall and cause a major upheaval in the current economy.

Security breach puts billions of smartphones and PCs at risk
Cyber security researchers reported nine vulnerabilities in various WiFi and Bluetooth-connected chips, allowing hackers to execute malicious code in billions of PCs and smartphones. While some of these flaws can be easily removed with a simple firmware update, others require a complete chip overhaul. Intel, Qualcomm or even AMD are not affected by these faulty chips.
