Mundimoto invests €550,000 in two logistics centers, in Madrid and Barcelona

The online motorcycle buying and selling platform in Europe, Mundimoto, has invested €550,000 in incorporating two logistics centers, located in Madrid and Barcelona. With the investment made by the company, which includes the rental and adaptation of the spaces, the company will be able to manage the demand and stock of vehicles in a more comfortable, agile and effective way, which will allow it to continue with the continuous growth that the online platform has been experiencing since its inception.

The company anticipates that thanks to the incorporation of these new facilities, Mundimoto will be able to exponentially increase its sales up to 6,000 motorcycles per monthwhich means quadrupling its current sales figure.

These new logistics centers, located in La Verneda (Barcelona) and Torrejón de Ardoz (Madrid), represent a significant leap forward for the company, incorporating 10,000 new m2 and increasing the surface area of ​​its facilities by 50%.

In addition, Talavera has also pointed out that “Mundimoto is at a crucial moment and being able to count on 10,000 m2 dedicated to logistics will be a turning point that will drive us towards sustained and sustainable growth for many years.”

In 2022, the motorcycle buying and selling company has managed to break records in its sales figures. In the month of May of this year alone, Mundimoto sold 1,500 vehicles, compared to 185 in the same month of the previous year. From January to May, the company reached 5,000 motorcycles sold, which means multiplying sales by 10 compared to the same period of the previous year. By geographical area, Mundimoto’s sales continue to be concentrated mainly in Barcelona and Madrid, although there is also a notable presence in Seville and Valencia, where there has recently been a considerable increase in sales.
