Playstation Plus Premium: new PS4 and PS5 games coming in July?

A reputable leaker called BlackBate has just published on ResetEra a list of new PS4 and PS5 games coming to the PS Plus Extra and Premium catalog. According to him, we should notably find many titles from the Assassin’s Creed saga, as well as the remake of Final Fantasy VII.

As you know, Sony launched a new Playstation Plus formula on June 23, 2022. Now offering three distinct offers, players can opt for the PS Plus Essential, Extra or Premium. Via these last two versions, users can enjoy a vast catalog of 400 PS4 and PS5 games.

Of course, Sony intends to gradually add additional titles, always with the aim of competing with the Xbox Game Pass. In early July, subscribers to all PS Plus plans were already able to get their hands on the games offered in July 2022, namely Crash Bandicoot 4, The Dark Pictures Anthology: Man of Medan and Arcadegeddon.

However and according to the leaker BlackBate, renowned for its previous revelations on Skull and Bones and Death Standing Director’s Cut, other games will land on the PS Plus Extra and Premium catalog from mid-July.

Several Assassin’s Creed in July 2022 on the PS Plus?

We find in this list several titles from the cult saga of Ubisoft Assassin’s Creed, as well as the acclaimed remake of Final Fantasy 7 (with Intergrade DLC):

  • Final Fantasy VII Remake
  • Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag
  • Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag – The Price of Freedom
  • Assassin’s Creed: Unity
  • Assassin’s Creed Rogue Remastered
  • Assassin’s Creed: The Ezio Collection
  • Saints Row IV: Re-Elected

Re stray, the availability of the new game published by Annapurna was confirmed during the recent State of Play. Indeed, players subscribing to PS Plus Extra and Premium will be able to get their hands on this intriguing and promising title as soon as it is released on July 19, 2022.

The leaker specifies that this list could grow, especially with the integration of Playstation Classics titles, which are reserved for PS Plus Premium users. Whatever, however, this list should be taken with a grain of saltfor lack of official confirmation from Sony.
