The Galaxy S22 will equip different versions with Exynos 2200 and Snapdragon 898

With the Galaxy S22 seemingly just around the corner, rumors and leaks are gaining momentum again, this time to reveal which processor these next-generation phones will finally look like. between the Exynos 2200 or the Snapdragon 898. However, it seems that Samsung itself is as divided as the opinions of its fans, and may be preparing different versions for the whole Galaxy S22 family.

Given the current and unpromising shortage of silicon, there were still some doubts about whether or not Samsung would use its new Exynos 2200 processor within its next top-of-the-range smartphone, considering the possibility of reserving it for the launch of a new generation tablets or even a new laptop with Windows and ARM graphics technology.

However, the latest rumors point just the opposite, focusing its limited availability exclusively for the Galaxy S22 phones. So at least he has shared it Android Police’s Max Weinbach on Twitter, who assures that both the original model and the Galaxy S22 + and Galaxy S22 Ultra will also have different variants for both processors from Samsung itself and Qualcomm.

Unfortunately, as we have seen on previous occasions, This segmentation could be linked to the different arrival of these models to the different markets, and may not have the choice between these two processors. And is that although the Qualcomm processor promises an equally important leap, users with this chipset may not see the powerful graphics update that the Exynos 2200 promises thanks to its association with AMD.

Although based on the precedents, normally the European market has always been marked by receiving Samsung components, while the North American market focuses on Qualcomm technology. Even so, it is still too early to confirm anything, dealing only with rumors.

So, Samsung is expected to confirm something over the next few months, pointing to a launch of the Galaxy S22 before the end of the year.
