Yesterday, with the transmission in Japan of the last episode of The Seven Deadly Sins 5, ended the anime series based on the manga of Nakaba Suzuki.
At the end of the episode, a celebratory key visual was published depicting all the main characters of the anime, also providing a first look at Tristan, the son of Meliodas ed Elizabeth. The latter is one of the protagonists of The Four Knights of Apocalypse (Mokushiroku no shi-ri no kishi), manga sequel to the main one.

The film Cursed by Light will definitively conclude the anime The Seven Deadly Sins
However, the adventures of Meliodas and companions have not yet ended as the new animated film awaits us that will definitively close the accounts with the main story and will, in fact, also close the anime series.
Of The Seven Deadly Sins: Cursed By Light (Nanatsu no Taizai: Hikari ni Norowareshi Mono-tachi), this is the title of the feature film, a few days ago the first clip that we can review below was also released online.
Cursed By Light, announced at the beginning of the year, will be an original story written by Suzuki and will take place after the events of Dragon’s Judgment, the fifth season of The Seven Deadly Sins which, after debuting last January in Japan, will arrive on Netflix on June 28th.
Recall that The Seven Deadly Sins manga is published in Italy by Star Comics editions, whose grand finale was released in Italy recently, while the anime is broadcast by Netflix.
Nanatsu no Taizai plot
The Seven Deadly Sins were a group of very strong knights in the region of Britain who were disbanded and dispersed after being accused of plotting to overthrow the Kingdom of Lionesse.
Their alleged defeat and expulsion occurred at the hands of the Holy Knights, but over time rumors persisted that the seven were still alive.
Ten years later the Sacred Knights became protagonists of a coup d’état and captured the king, becoming the new masters of the kingdom thus subjected to their tyrannies.
The king’s third daughter, Princess Elizabeth, begins a journey to find the Seven Deadly Sins, and ask for their help to take back the kingdom from the usurping hands of the Holy Knights.
