Welcome to the Flower Kingdom
This time Mario and his friends will leave the Mushroom Kingdom to enter the colorful depths of the so-called Flower Kingdom, a new extremely colorful and musical kingdom that seems to have fallen into the clutches of the evil Bowser. At the moment we do not know the mission, but everything indicates that we must recover the greatest number of Wonder Seeds to eliminate all traces that Bowser has left behind him.
These seeds will allow new areas of the map to be opened, and they will be hidden in secret corners and at the end of each level, so we will have to get as many of them as possible to continue advancing.
Wonder seeds for a world of color
The scenarios can change radically, affecting the platforms, mobile elements and even the characters themselves, since in some areas of each level we will find the so-called Wonder Flowers. These flowers, available in various colors, will completely change the level, and it will be there where we can recover fragments of what appear to be flower coins (purple coins).
Each level will also have a number of special coins that appear to be equivalent to 10 purple coins, so this will be another collectible to watch out for.
A very expressive Mario
The number of animations that Mario’s character has received is extremely striking, since now he will make gestures with his face, he will run more expressively and he will have many animations with which to make the character more alive.
Becoming an Elephant
One of the new power-ups is the apple power-up to turn into an elephant. Mario will bleed big ears and a trunk, and everything indicates that this new transformation will use water to attack enemies.

As we progress through the Flower Kingdom, we will discover new levels to complete. The new interface will show the Wonder Seeds that are hidden in each level and, in addition, we will be able to know the level of difficulty offered by said mission.
The Kingdom has been Bowserized
Although the video does not reveal in great detail what has happened in this Flower Kingdom, a couple of fragments invite us to think about what happened. On the one hand, we can see how Bowser’s royal castle can be seen in the background of one level, decorated with spikes and a bicolor cone-shaped crown that seems to be the general theme of the Flower Kingdom.
And it is that the inhabitants of this Kingdom are a kind of Toad with a modified head, a design that precisely fits with that of their homes. And it’s these dwellings that seem to be possessed by some sort of Bowser-imposed power, which it looks like we’ll fix at level completion (and get a Wonder Seed for doing so).
