During the event Crunchyroll Expo, Crunchyroll has released a video with the opening of Blade Runner: Black Lotus, the animated series set in 2032 of the universe of Blade Runner which has recently shown itself with the first trailer.
Below we can admire the images of the video clip are accompanied by the song “Feel You Now” from Alessia Cara, Canadian singer of Italian origin who will be involved in the music of the entire series.
What we know about Blade Runner: Black Lotus
The anime, which will consist of 13 episodes and debuts this fall on the stars and stripes television via Adult Swim and in Japan on Crunchyroll, will follow the story of a brand new replicant named Elle (voiced by Jessica Henwick in English and Arisa Shida in Japanese) which was created for unknown purposes.
All we know about her is that she is confused, very gifted, and will have some sort of role in the changing world of Blade Runner between the Tyrell Corporation from the original film and the Wallace Corporation from the sequel.

The anime, produced at Digital Arts only (Ultraman), is directed by Shinji Aramaki (Appleseed) e Kenji Kamiyama (Ghost in the Shell: Standalone Complex).
Shinichiro Watanabe (Cowboy Bebop, Samurai Champloo) is the creative producer of the anime while Mitsuhisa Ishikawa of the Production IG studio is a production consultant.
