Canon launches new A1-compatible imagePROGRAF TC-20

The firm Canon has launched the imagePROGRAF TC-20, a new large-format desktop printer that is compatible with the A1+ format, and which is mainly aimed at self-employed workers and small businesses, although it also offers interesting value for architecture, engineering and construction (AEC) firms, educational centers and hotel establishments.

This new Canon printer uses bottles of 70ml pigment ink in four colors (BK/C/M/Y), a very important detail as this simplifies printer maintenance, and thanks to its reduced size with extra flat formatand the built-in Auto Sheet Feeder (ASF) as standard makes it a perfect fit for relatively small office spaces, making it an attractive option even for professionals working from home.

The Canon imagePROGRAF TC-20 allows continuous printing of 100 A4 cut sheets or 50 A3 sheets of plain paper, as well as rolls for sizes up to A1+ for the production of materials for points of sale, construction, design and topographic plans. In addition, it comes standard with Direct Print Plus, a simple, easy-to-use and free software solution that ensures print quality similar to the level of the high-end models in the imagePROGRAF series.

The design of the Canon imagePROGRAF TC-20 has been carefully designed so that we can easy access from the front to all operations related to printing, such as loading paper and refilling ink. To make things even easier for even users unfamiliar with large format printers, paper roll installation has also been simplified. Unlike many other large format printers, the spool holder has no spindle, making it easy to install, especially in tight spaces. Thanks to this we can insert and block the supports on both sides of the printer without any problem.

This printer also offers high print quality, offers mobile printing and consumables status monitoring functions, and is designed with sustainability in mind, since its consumption is of only 28 watts when it is running at full load. More information on the official Canon website.
