Finteca launches mortgage management software for real estate and mortgage brokers

The mortgage intermediation platform Finteca, a startup incubated by Nuclio, has launched software in the cloud for SMEs and freelancers to manage end-user mortgages. Is about ProBroker, a B2B solution that allows real estate agencies and brokers manage and automate your financing operations.

There are currently around 500 real estate credit intermediaries licensed by the Bank of Spain and the number is expected to increase to 1,000 by the end of 2022. Even so, most of them work with non-specialized CRMs and calculate the viability of mortgages using spreadsheets. In addition, there are more and more financial entities of this type that seek to offer a more complete service, but do not have the necessary technological resources. In this context, ProBroker is postulated as a digital alternative that optimizes and simplifies all processes.

Finteca’s new solution uses the company’s own technology to offer brokers the ability to digitally sign documents, track sales with a personalized funnel, schedule calls, send automatic messages to your customers through different channels and use a mortgage simulator to offer the most optimal offers for each profile, from 29.99 euros per month.

Since its creation, Finteca has experienced great growth. In 2019 it managed 2,000 mortgage applications. In 2020, the figure rose to 6,000, becoming the fastest developing Spanish FinTech. And only in the first half of 2021, the company managed more than 13,000 requests with a value of 1.7 million euros. The company, which offers its services to more than 3,000 clients, is preparing new financing to continue expanding its business with the launch of this new vertical.
