Gary Oldman will play spies in a black comedy

Apple TV+ recruits Gary Oldman for its new series, centered on an MI5 team relegated to the background after a few blunders.

Notice to lovers of spy and British humor, the new Apple TV + series is revealed in a first trailer. The platform, particularly prolific at the start of the year, has just shared the first images of Slow Horses.

Adapted from the first volume of the eponymous literary saga, written by Mick Herron, the series will follow British intelligence agents relegated to Slough House, a building apart from MI5. Gary Oldman portrays a brilliant but angry director of a team of spies who finds himself put in the closet after a few blunders.

Facing the actor who has distinguished himself in many ways on the big screen, notably in the skin of Jim Gordon at Christopher Nolan, we will find Kristin Scott Thomas (Nightmare Alley), Olivia Cooke (Bates Motel) and Jack Lowden (A family in the ring) will also be there.
