GeForce NOW is now coming to Samsung TVs

The expansion of the reach of GeForce NOW is indisputable, it is evident that NVIDIA has made a strong commitment to its cloud gaming platform. This is something that we can appreciate when we see the growth rate of its catalogue, with new titles being added every week (at the end of this article we will tell you what’s new for July), but also in other aspects, that what they do is substantially expand the Number of users who can access the service.

We have already seen a clear example of this with the efforts of NVIDIA, after learning that Apple would not accept a GeForce NOW app in the iOS App Store, to create a web version of the service compatible with WebKIT, the Safari engine and, in addition, the rest of the browsers that come to iOS. In this way, iPhone and iPad users began to be able to enjoy a service that, due to the iron limitations of those in Cupertino, seemed to be banned.

In its efforts to make progress in this regard, NVIDIA has been working hand in hand with Samsung to offer users of compatible models, the ability to access GeForce NOW without the need for additional devices (except, of course, a controller to control the games). The GeForce NOW app has been integrated into the Samsung Gaming Hub, Samsung’s gaming platform, from which users can access the NVIDIA service.

In this way, GeForce NOW, in conjunction with compatible Samsung TVs, will have a very attractive alternative to using a console, since they will not need downloads, storage space management, etc. They will only have to select which game from their collection they want to play, select it and immediately they will access it exactly as they left it in their previous game session.
