Héctor Benítez has joined Camerfirma as the new Head of Business & Solutions Compliance. From his position, he will work to support sales and business development through legal pre-sales and delivery support, with process analysis and validation of customized solutions.
In addition, it will be responsible for the legal strategy and the design from a Compliance perspective of the solutions, as well as for carrying out the analysis of the structure, evolutions, trends, processes and regulatory frameworks of the markets (current, future, potentials). Likewise, it will be in charge of the management of intellectual property and patents and the fulfillment of products and services.
Graduated in Law from ESADEBenítez has a Master’s in International Business Law, also taught by ESADE, and has completed a Themis Program at the Freie Universität in Berlin.
Héctor Benítez has seven years of experience in various positions related with regulatory compliance. Before developing his career as Key Account Manager and Legal Advisory Manager at Logalty, Benítez worked in the commercial department of CaixaBank and in the Roca Junyent office. As part of his work at Logalty, Héctor developed functions in the service digitalization consultancy and trust service processes, within the regulatory compliance of the company’s clients, as well as the defense of its robustness before supervisory bodies and legal. Since last year he has been working on the preparation of the Digital Law and Legaltech program at Abad Oliva University, which has just started.
