What else makes us happy?

Through his survey, Florette wanted to know what other everyday things make Spaniards feel good. In addition to a diet rich in fruits and vegetables, study participants ranked in the top three practicing exercise and listening to music.

In addition, eight out of 10 Spaniards claim to feel happier knowing that they contribute to caring for the environment.
