New ASUS liquid cooling for PCs designed for clumsy

ASUS has announced no fewer than six different ROG Ryujin III models, all of which are equipped with the latest 8th-gen Asetek water pump, a larger integrated pump fan, and either 240 or 360mm radiators. Of course, they also have a customizable 3.5-inch LCD screen to give a unique touch to the interior of the PC.

ASUS bundles ROG MF-12S ARGB fans with these ROG Ryujin III liquid coolers, offering good airflow with low noise and great customizable aesthetics. But what makes this a liquid AIO easy to assemble and install is the fact that they can be connected in a chain, greatly facilitating cable management since we can install them all with a single connector (in other words, the fans are connect to each other instead of having to connect each fan individually).

In addition (we have already told you that there are six variants in total) for those who do not like lighting on the PC, there are also options with fans without lighting and completely in black. In this case, the integrated fans are the Noctua NF-F12 iPPC 2000, which offer excellent performance at 2,000 RPM, emitting only 29.7 dBA of noise.

It is also worth noting what we have already mentioned about the 8th generation pump manufactured by Asetek, a pump with a three-phase motor capable of moving higher flow rates of coolant while emitting minimal sound. Compared to the previous generation of this AIO cooler, ASUS has also increased the internal diameter of the tubes by 40% to improve liquid flow, the base of the cold plate is 32% larger, and in total, There is 42% more coolant inside. According to ASUS, this results in a 2ºC temperature improvement even on top of the range processors.

As we have already mentioned, this all-in-one liquid cooler also incorporates a 3.5-inch LCD screen integrated into the CPU block. In this new generation, ASUS has doubled the amount of internal memory (from 16 to 32 MB), which means there is much more room to integrate animated images or whatever the user wants.

Finally, it is worth mentioning the fact that this ASUS ROG Ryujin III liquid cooler is compatible with all the latest processors from both AMD and Intel, including the new generations of Z790 and X670 motherboards. Mounting kits are included for both platforms, including AMD’s AM5 and Intel LGA 1700, 115X and 1200 sockets.

Of course, for now ASUS has not indicated the price or the date of availability; however, considering that, for example, the previous generation 240mm ROG Ryujin II is already priced at around €300, we can be pretty safe in saying that it will be quite expensive.
