Just a couple of weeks ago, after seeing the Netflix movie starring Ryan Reynolds, Gal Gadot And Dwayne Johnson, we were wondering if we would be able to see the arrival of one day Red Notice 2.
Director Rawson Marshall Thurber is discussing the possibility of making Red Notice 2 with Netflix
After some first-hour statements, the director and writer of Red Notice, Rawson Marshall Thurber, has returned to talk about the possibility of a sequel with Collider, revealing not only that he is actually thinking about it but also that he is already talking about it with Netflix.
I’m not working on the script for the sequel to the film, but… I’m sure to be playing with the idea of what to do with a sequel and, I don’t want to talk about it too early, but yeah, we’re discussing it with Netflix.
Nothing certain in short but something in the Netflix offices is moving in that direction.
Previously, the director had stated:
“I think the thing is up to (the producers) Reed Hastings, Ted Sarandos and Scott Stuber and whether they want to make it happen. If Netflix wants to do it, and the stars are back, I’m currently unemployed and have the technology. So we’ll see what happens. “
