The Capcom Showcase delves into the presentations of Resident Evil 4, Street Fighter 6 and other titles

Continuing with the announcements of the Summer Games Fest, another of the main presentations of the fair took place yesterday, with Capcom intervention. Resident Evil 4

Presented for the first time just two weeks ago during Sony’s State of Play, there was no room for doubt that this new remake would be one of the main protagonists of this broadcast. Set 16 years after the events of Resident Evil Village, this new story follows Rose Winters, the daughter of main character Ethan, as she struggles with her terrifying powers. Players must explore and survive a twisted and mysterious realm within the consciousness of the Megamycete in search of a cure.

Dated for next October 28we will once again have full availability for all the platforms on which the original title was released.

Resident Evil 2, Resident Evil 3 and Resident Evil 7 Enhanced

Last but not least, Capcom has revealed that These three titles in the saga will return once again with special editions adapted for PS5 and Xbox Series X|S, including some technical improvements such as 4K resolution, ray tracing, high frame rate and 3D audio, which will offer us a more vivid, smooth and immersive experience. Additionally, these games will have other advantages and technologies of the new generation of consoles, such as the haptic feedback of the PS5 DualSense controls.

Monster Hunter Rise: Sunset

From the hand of Ryozo Tsujimoto, producer of the Monster Hunter series, the Capcom Showcase has brought us Two new trailers for the upcoming Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak expansionthe company’s closest premiere title.

Thus, in the first video we have a general presentation of the title, in which they showed some of the contents that this DLC will presentsuch as new areas to explore such as the well-known Jungle (rescued from the second generation of Monster Hunter), new weapons and armor, and of course a new cast of monsters among which we will find some great wyverns such as Espinas or Gore Magala, in addition of some new sub-species.

On the occasion of the 10th anniversary of Dragon’s Dogma, the ambitious franchise that has already managed to extend beyond video games to reach the literary world and animation series, Capcom has announced that next June 16 will celebrate a special event celebration for the franchise in which we will have the occasional surprise.

Street Fighter 6

Expanding on the latest information shared during this Summer Games Fest, this time the company gave us a new trailer about the gameplay of his latest playable character presented: Guile.

Repeating what has been shown previously, the Japanese company reminds us of the contents of this compilation title, which will bring together 10 Company Fighting Classics, including the DarkStalkers saga and oddities like Red Earth.
