The Vass Groupa Spanish company specializing in digital solutions, has announced the purchase of the Swedish consulting firm Zington. This company, which operates in the fields of technology and management consulting, has an outstanding activity in the field of digital transformation of companies. It was founded in 2008 and currently employs more than 220 consultants, who work to support the transformation of its clients in all its phases. From the development of digital business strategies through customer-oriented technical solutions to the creation of digital user experiences that solve the needs of customers in the face of their evolution.
Zington’s headquarters are in the Swedish capital, Stockholm, and its client base includes companies from sectors considered to be key, such as retail, the food industry and banking, among others. His purchase is the seventh since Vass management launched its Vass 400 strategic plan. So far, Vass has already bought Hexagon Data, One Inside, CRI Group, Ecenta, Movetia and Comunytek. It is unknown how much the group has paid for the operation, as well as the terms in which the operation has been agreed.
