This summer we will go goodbye: The Witcher 3 opens in Netflix and although the series will continue with new installments, its protagonist will leave a gap, for many, irreplaceable. Liam Hemsworth has a difficult task ahead of him, but until that moment arrives, it is best that we stay with the last scenes of henry cavill like the one that the red N just recently overtook. Take a look.
Goodbye Cavill
Despite the reluctance that many showed when Henry Cavill was chosen as Geralt de Rivia, over time the actor knew how to get hold of the role and give it the touch he needed. Today there are many fans who praise his dedication to his character and who regret that the British man is finally going to stop playing the Witcher in future seasons.
The baton, as you know, will pick it up Liam Hemsworth, the brother of Chris Hemsworth (our beloved Thor in the UCM), who has the complicated mission of replacing him and convincing the general public that the change has not been so horrible. It will be difficult and who knows how the public will react -many assure that they will stop watching the series-, but the decision has already been made so there is no other option than to open our minds and give it a try.
At least, yes, Cavill is going to say goodbye in a big way: the third season promises to be quite entertaining, with plenty of action, as shown by the new preview that Netflix has given us.
New clip from The Witcher 3
The content platform held its famous TUDUM event this weekend, in which it usually gives announcements and previews of material that is about to reach the service, and among them, of course, there was a clip related to season 3 of The Witcher.
Henry Cavill himself was in charge, together with his colleagues Anya Chalotra and Freya Allan, of presenting the progress on a stage, in which he also took the opportunity to say goodbye and thank the cast for the adventure lived these years.
In the video that you have on these lines, you can see one of the action scenes that we will see in the season. Its official trailer already told us that we would have a lot of movement and that is exactly what this clip is about, in which we see how an attempted kidnapping of Ciri, ends with a confrontation between her (who has developed much more fighting ability in this time), yennefer of Vengerberg and the Warlock himself.
Remember that The Witcher 3 will be released in two parts -It is something that Netflix has been putting into practice lately with its big premieres-: a first on June 29 and a second, with the final episodes, on July 27.
