The Taiwanese company has presented the Acer ConceptD 7, a new high-performance professional laptop with which Acer has updated one of its most important lines, and which, as we anticipate in the title, is aimed at professional publishing, design and content creators.
Externally, the Acer ConceptD 7 maintains all the keys of the previous generation model, and adopts a markedly angular line with a white finish that, of course, does not go unnoticed. As far as technology is concerned, the Acer ConceptD 7 is a high-end laptop that features stereoscopic 3D without glasses, thanks to the Acer SpatialLabs technology, and uses a stunning Pantone certified 4K panel, which reproduces 100% of the Adobe RGB color space and has a Color Accuracy Detail E <2.
The heart of the Acer ConceptD 7 is an 11th generation Intel processor (Tiger Lake series), based on the Willow Cove architecture, which can be accompanied by a maximum of 64 GB of DDR4 memory, and supports up to 2 TB of SSD-type storage in M.2 PCIE format. This ultimately translates into a high level of performance.
Regarding its GPU, the Acer ConceptD 7 is equipped with a powerful GeForce RTX 3080 Mobile, the most powerful thing that NVIDIA has right now in the portable sector. This graphics solution is ready to work with games and professional applications, thanks to the support of Game Ready drivers and Studio Drivers.
How could it be otherwise, the Acer ConceptD 7 is equipped with Windows 11, Microsoft’s latest operating system. It will arrive in Spain from December, and will have a recommended retail price of 3,599 euros. It is a high figure, but acceptable considering everything it offers, and the differences it presents compared to other similar laptops, thanks to Acer SpatialLabs technology.
