Amazon and Lanzadera team up to fuel startup growth

The business accelerator, Lanzadera, and Amazon Web Services (AWS) have reached an agreement whereby the startups that are part of the former have access to the program AWS Activate. It offers free tools, resources, and content designed to simplify every step of the startup development process. Likewise, AWS also participates in the Lanzadera CTOs Club to offer specific mentoring to this group and has already begun to give startups training sessions and workshops focused on Amazon’s innovation methodology, focused on an operating model that puts customers at the center.

This methodology is especially interesting for technology startups, since it is common for entrepreneurs to embark on the world of development and programming. without thinking carefully who in your client and if they would buy your product because it solves a need for them. In this way, AWS generates impact not only as a technology provider, but as a consulting partner at the earliest possible stage, from the very ideation of the product, service and business model.

The Euler Tools case

This has been applied by the startup, Euler Tools, which has received help from AWS to be able to develop a 100% customer-based product. Their time at Lanzadera has helped them organize and focus on what is essential for their company: first they internalized the Total Quality model, Mercadona’s business management model, learning to define the pillars of the company and its mission.

Next, hand in hand with AWS, they did different exercises applying Amazon’s innovation methodology to define its client and thus, later, better focus the development of its product. “We have renewed our agreement with Lanzadera for another six months. The first six months they changed us inside. The next six months will change us on the outside. This is a summary of everything we have achieved”, says Jorge de los Santos, CEO of Euler Tools.
