There was room for too Army of Thieves, the prequel to the zombie movie by Zack Snyder, Army of the Dead, during Netflix’s TUDUM event, in which the streaming giant showed a new trailer of the film.
The new Army of Thieves trailer
Army of Thieves, directed by Matthias Schweighöfer (former actor of the original film by Zack Snyder), will debut on Netflix next October 29 but, in the meantime, we can enjoy some unedited scenes in the new trailer below. There are no zombies, but the action (besides love and laughter) is certainly not lacking in this trailer with subtitles in the Army of Dead prequel.
The film will debut on the Netflix platform on October 29th and, unlike the film in which we saw Las Vegas invaded by the undead, in Army of Thieves we will see a heist movie at Ocean Eleven.
The new film will in fact focus on the friendly German burglar Ludwig Dieter, played by Matthias Schweighöfer. The film will tell the story of the “young small-town bank teller, Dieter, who is dragged on an incredible adventure when a mysterious woman recruits him to join a group of criminals, the most wanted of Interpol, to try to break into a series of safes, among the most complex in Europe“.
Here is the official synopsis:
