Cigna Healthcare, Biwel Salud Empresarial and U4IMPACT, winners of the InnovaRH awards

On Monday took place the InnovaRH awards, organized by CentRHo by Netexplo, where the proposals with the highest impact in terms of HR this year were recognized. The objective of these awards, which celebrate their third edition, is to promote and recognize the development and implementation of innovative digital solutions that influence all aspects of people management, both internally in the company (integration, training, development, conciliation) and externally in the reputation of a company.

For the category of “Best innovative HR initiative in a large company”the winner was Cigna Healthcare, with the development of the first tool that, thanks to machine-learning and in just 60 seconds, can measure people’s stress levels through voice. 78% of Spaniards suffer constant levels of stress that affect their health and well-being, causing physical pain, fatigue, low moods and irritability. Therefore, it is urgent to implement a strategic plan to prevent it and safeguard health and employee welfare.

For its part, Biwel Salud Empresarial has been awarded as «Best innovative initiative of an HR services company», with a platform that allows the well-being services to be brought together, covering more than 90% of the company’s needs. Likewise, the Biwel portal offers different dashboards that allow you to communicate, manage and analyze the evolution and impact of the global project and of each local initiative in a secure and confidential manner.

Refering to “Best innovative initiative of a ‘startup’ of HR services”, U4IMPACT has achieved recognition for being the platform that connects companies with university talent from all over Spain to develop innovation, sustainability and impact projects through the Final Degree or Master’s Projects (TFG/M). The benefits are two-way: companies have access to qualified high-potential talent who have academic incentives (TFG/M) to work with them on projects, while universities can offer their students the opportunity to participate in initiatives that allow them to improve their employability. , promote the transfer of knowledge and promote the 2030 Agenda and the SDGs. U4IMPACT is already used by leading companies such as CaixaBank, Bizum, Fain, Schindler, Ilunion, Tendam, Ecoalf, OHLA and more.

In the words of Rafael Cabarcospresident of the CentRHo Human Resource Management Association, “The mission of these awards is to promote the quality of life of workers and the competitiveness of companies, as well as to maximize the impact of these innovative initiatives in the field of HR to inspire more professionals, companies and, ultimately, people, to contribute, through innovation in the workplace, to improve our lives.

Pablo Nadal, director of Netexplo Spain, stated: “After the pandemic we have discovered new work models that put existing ones under pressure. Before which we must ask ourselves: what can we do with this autonomy? The metaverse and web3 have led us towards new rules, inspired by videogames, what we know as the ‘fantasphere’. How should we show our identity in this combination of reality and fantasy? We must become aware of these possibilities, to reorient technology towards our purpose and, in this sense, the InnovaRH awards are an initiative that allows us to achieve this: putting technology at the service of emotional well-being. We are very proud to have celebrated this third edition and we are already thinking about the next one”.
