Node continues to expand its business model around the world

The new business models and labor typologies have had a full impact on the residential real estate sector, that has been able to adapt quickly both to new lifestyles and to the needs of the most disruptive organizations. Created in 2017 and directed by Esteve Almirall in Spain, Node is a pioneering multinational flexible living company, focused on creating the next generation of affordable, temporary accommodation designed for community living.

Node has in Madrid two projects under construction and with prospects of opening in 2024, one in Alcobendas and another in Carabanchel.
