Ringover and Virtual Cable merger will improve digital communications

The agreement reached between the European communications operator Ringover and the company dedicated to the digital transformation of the Virtual Cable workplace, will allow Virtual Cable to have the most advanced Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) solution on its desktops and virtual applications. It will be able to recommend Ringover’s cloud communication solution among its clients, managing to improve its quality and stability.

A merger that will improve the future of communications

Ringover’s CCaaS solution will provide Virtual Cable with an improvement in its communication experience with its customers and users, among which are the Complutense University of Madrid, Fagor, the Region of Murcia or the General Directorate of Civil Protection and Emergencies.

The European operator offers a cloud-based communication solution, which can be deployed in just three minutes and will allow all communications related to calls, SMS, videoconferences or social networks of any company to be digitized and thus increase its productivity and billing. The tool does not require initial investment, maintenance costs or updates.

The agreement obtained has been very well received in the Virtual Cable group, as its CEO Félix Casado has made known: “We needed to offer our users an external quality call and videoconferencing solution to contact their customers, capable of integrating without cracks with our desktop and application virtualization solutions.”

The VDI software developed by Virtual Cable is one of the fundamental elements in work environments, allowing all staff to work remotely. This solution together with Ringover’s cloud communication solution will make it the perfect tool.

In line with this, Casado stated that “after testing various options, the Ringover solution has undoubtedly turned out to be one of the best suited to our VDI UDS Enterprise software. We are very satisfied with the beginning of what we are sure will be a collaboration that will help us to further improve the experience of our customers”.
