The Spanish technology consultancy Seidor has strengthened its presence in Italy with the purchase of two companies in the country: GunPowder and ECA Consult. Both are specialized in technological solutions, and their workforces total 120 professionals, who will now work for the Italian division of Seidor, which has been based in Milan since 2019.
GunPowder specializes in the digital transformation of companies. In addition, it is one of the pioneers in the use of the Salesforce Customer Experience (CX) platform, among other of its technologies. By joining Seidor, your team of professionals will be able to grow in projects at an international level, and complete your service portfolio with innovation solutions and services, Customer Experience, ERP, cybersecurity or cloud, among others.
As for ECA Consult, it is specialized in technological solutions for SMEs. It is part of SAP Business One, and began its journey as a company in 1993. Since then, this consultancy has provided integrated management solutions, with a focus on SMEs. The division resulting from its integration into Seidor will be managed from what until now has been the headquarters of ECA Consult, in the Italian town of Mordano (Bologna).
In both cases, the address of the new units resulting from the purchase of these companies will be the same as the two companies have had up to now. This is due to the knowledge that its managers have of the Italian market, as well as the roots of both companies in the country. With its purchase, Seidor will continue to grow internationally within the technology sector. It currently already has a notable presence in Europe, since in addition to Spain it operates in France, Portugal, Ireland, the United Kingdom and Belgium.
