Walt Disney Animation Studios unveiled the first details and the first concept art of Strange World, his new animated film hitting theaters next year.
On the cover of the article and a little further below you can admire the concept art of the new animated feature film that will be directed by Don Hall (Oscar winner for Big Hero 6, Raya and the last Dragon).

Here is the first official synopsis released for the film:
The original action-adventure film travels deep into an unexplored and dangerous land where fantastic creatures await the legendary Clades, a family of explorers whose differences threaten to derail their latest and, by far, most important mission. .

According to the director, Massacre World is a reference to pulp magazines: popular fiction of the first half of the 20th century printed on cheap paper: “Growing up, I loved reading the old issues of pulp magazines“, he has declared.
“They were great adventures that saw a group of explorers discovering a hidden world or ancient creatures. They have been a great inspiration for Strange World “.
Co-directed and written by Qui Nguyen (co-writer of Raya and the last Dragon), and produced by Roy Conli (Big Hero 6, Rapunzel – The intertwining of the tower), Strange World will arrive in Italian cinemas in November.
