The Kit Digital program will be financed by the ICO

The ICO has signed a collaboration agreement with Red.es for the launch of a new financing line to support companies in their digital transformation process. The line will be managed through public-private collaboration with the financial entities that adhere to the Line and will complement the aid granted by the Government through the Digital Kit Program.

This agreement, which complements the program for SMEs and the self-employed, is part of the 2021-2025 SME Digitization Plan and aims to facilitate financing for digitizing agents as well as for SMEs and the self-employed for the implementation of digital solutions available on the market that achieve a significant advance in the level of digital maturity of companies.

ICO Line “Digital Kit Program”

The financing of the ICO through the Line “Digital Kit Program” will go to:

  • Anticipate to the digitizing agents selected by the beneficiary companies the aid granted by Red.es in the Digital Kit Program.
  • Finance the beneficiary companies for the cost of the project that is not subsidized in the Digital Kit Program.
  • The amortization period of the operations will be 180 days, 1 or 2 years, with a grace period of 0 or 1 year.

With this new line of financing, ICO expands its financial products and instruments adapted to the different needs and challenges of companies in different economic scenarios, with the aim of contributing to promoting
sustainable economic growth and job creation. The digitizationtogether with business growth and sustainability, constitute the main strategic axes of ICO to promote the recovery and competitiveness of the business fabric of our country.
