The Morefine M9 is a compact computer that debuts the N-series processors that Intel announced at CES and is sold in various configurations from a barebones very economical below the barrier of 200 euros.
I like Mini-PCs and I recommend them whenever I have the opportunity because They are very useful for all types of users.. The one in question is launching the Intel N processors intended to cover the gap left by the Celeron and Pentium solutions that were discontinued and as an entry-level to the PC market. They are built on the latest process technology, Intel 7, and under the new Gracemont microarchitecture.
Faced with the hybrid architecture of its older brothers that combine P and E cores, these only use E (efficient) cores in quantities of 4 or 8 cores/threads of native processing and are accompanied by an integrated Intel UHD graphics capable of outputting video on up to three screens. These processors support Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.2 wireless standards, can be equipped with DDR4, DDR5 and LPDDR5 type RAM memories, to increase the flexibility of use of hardware partners. They can also equip UFS, eMMC and SSD for the internal storage section.
The Morefine M9 opts for the basic version N100 with four cores, frequencies up to 3.4 GHz and only 6 watts of TDP which would allow it to work with passive cooling without fans. You can equip up to 32 Gbytes of DDR4-3200 RAM and dual solid-state drives of up to 1 Tbyte for storage.
It supports Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.2 and has an Ethernet LAN port, 2 HDMI 2.0 outputs, audio and four USB 3.2 ports distributed between the front and the rear. Its dimensions are minimal, 113 x 106 x 42mmso it can be placed anywhere on the desk and also on walls and behind monitors with its VESA mount.
The Morefine M9 is available on Aliexpress in different configurations (8, 16 or 32 GB of RAM and 256, 512 and 1TB SSD), although for our taste the best option is the barebone for the user to assemble the memory and storage, and your own operating system with Windows and Linux supported. The price of this version is 187 euros. Very, very cheap to set up a basic computer or home theater PC.
