Users who activate this function in Windows have been enjoying it since May, an update that was scheduled to be released in a few months, however, it has changed plans and has announced that it will be available along with the usual one. security update that Microsoft releases on second Tuesday of every month so we will only have to wait a few days to enjoy all the news that is included.
In addition, this new update also activates by default the Windows function that allows any user to enjoy the new functions that will be included in future versions, although it is not recommended to use it if our knowledge of Windows is basic, since we can experience some type of instability that we do not know how to solve.
What’s new in Windows 11 Moment 3 Update
The best ones that have been included in this update are focused on improving user interaction with Windows, leaving aside the addition of new features that will arrive with the next Windows update scheduled for before the end of the year.
- The widgets panel changes its design to show 3 columns, one larger with the widgets and another two where the news related to our interests will be displayed.
- Improvements are added in the accessibility section by adding support for automatic subtitles in Spanish (in addition to other languages) and access to the system through voice commands has been improved.
- We will have the option to add the seconds to the taskbar clock
- New adaptive brightness function that, when we have connected the laptop to the current, will be in charge of modifying the brightness level automatically.
- If we have connected our mobile to the PC through the Your Phone application, when we receive a double authentication code, we can copy the code from the notification without having to select only the code, as we can currently do with any mobile device based on iOS or Android.
- Changing the function of the Print Screen button. After installing this update, the classic Print Screen button, instead of copying the content to the Windows clipboard, automatically opens the snipping application. This represents a radical change in terms of its operation and in order not to get your hands caught, Microsoft allows you to deactivate this functionality so that the key continues to perform the same function as 30 years ago.
- Task Manager is also getting a new feature that allows you to create memory dump files of any process.
Other novelties that come from the hand of this new update are related to Edge and the Windows search box, among others.
