SSDs could soon completely replace hard drives
According to Trendforce, the manufacturing price of SSDs will fall sharply this year, to the point that they could completely replace hard drives for good. The disappearance of HDDs could occur as soon as the end of 2023, since manufacturers of flash memory increasingly tend to opt for SSDs with a large capacity.
