Recently there has been a leak of the next audio product of the company of Sony. It’s about the Sony Linkbuds WF-L900 TWS earphones that have a very particular design that we had not yet seen and about which we do not have much information, only some photographs of the product. We thought these headphones might be the substitutes for the WF-100XM4, but perhaps the company will surprise us and they are not exactly substitutes. Of course, if this is the final design, the truth is that many people will prefer to get other more “comfortable” models than this one.
Despite not having much information about this new Sony product, of which we still do not know when it will go on sale, we tell you everything we know so far.

If we look at the headphone picture, we can see that unique design we were talking about. These leaked images show us that these wireless headphones do not have an ear support, but instead have two holes. The main body of the headphones has a microphone, while the second part, that is, the smallest, is the one that will rest on the user’s ear canal, or at least that is what is intuited. The silicone will help it hold.
The Linkbuds would also have a proximity sensor to detect whether or not they are placed in the ear. Rumor has it, the main body of the headphones could also be touch sensitive, so they could be activated or deactivated by pressing, like most models today.
Leaked images have shown a charging case and two color variants, black and whitealthough we do not know if they will later consider bringing other colors to the market.
With this unique design, one of the most striking aspects is that the headphones are angled to offer active noise cancellation. In addition, it is expected that all the advantages that are already incorporated in the usual aspects of Sony headphones will be included. This includes AI, programmable noise cancellation levels, and an equalizer that will allow users adjust audio quality through a mobile app.
So it seems that Sony could be innovating in order to create a unique open headphone experience. Keep in mind that open-bottomed headphones tend to have a more natural sound as they don’t run into some glitches. These types of headphones are becoming the first choice among audio professionals, so initially, WF-L900 TWS promise.
So far we do not have more information about these headphones, so we have to keep waiting to find out more technical details, prices and possible release dates, although taking into account this leak, it is possible that we have little left to enjoy this innovation from the hand of Sony that promises to revolutionize the market.
