THE 32 changes brought to YouTube are as much cosmetic as functional. So let’s start with the interface of the mobile application. “From now on, when creators ask viewers to “like” or “subscribe”, a synchronized visual marking with the video will appear on these buttons”, and they will animate if you really click on them.
To prevent a YouTuber from getting paid by recording videos where he strings together “likes” and “subscribes”, this animation is only programmed to appear three times in one video, and no more than once every three minutes. The best comments will be displayed alternately, so that they are all read, and creators will be able to see animated likes and views counters for 24 hours after their video was posted online.

Launched today, the “You” tab can be found in place of the “Library” tab on web, mobile and tablets.
Moreover, on Smart TVsby clicking on the video title while watching to bring up the menu, viewers can now find information about the movie they are watching in a new vertical menu allowing access to the description, comments or even the video chapters.
