Any comment that is made in public about a possible new Apple device spreads like wildfire on the internet, whether it is true or not. And today a possible new external monitor from Apple has just come to light.

At least that’s what a screen industry analyst, Ross Young, says. he assures that in the first quarter of next year we will see a new external monitor from Apple 27 inch mini LED. So we will see if new rumors emerge that ratify today’s saying…

According to Display Supply Chain Consultants (DSCC) analyst Ross Young, Apple plans to launch a new 27-inch mini-LED external monitor. And it won’t take long. will be for beginning of the year.

That has been published in a twitter of a private chat. Young has been announcing the launch for some time. He first expected Apple to unveil the display last June at the WWDCbut in May he pointed out that the launch had to be delayed until October due to design problems.

Now it seems that Apple can not meet the forecast of launching this October either, and Young believes that the company has delayed it until the first quarter of next year.

Rumors point to Apple’s next display featuring mini-LED technology along with compatibility with ProMotionallowing a refresh rate of up to 120Hz. The device is not expected to be a direct replacement for the Pro Display XDR, as this is a larger 6K screen. Instead, it will be more like the Apple Studio Display, a 27-inch monitor.

Considering that it will be a new ProMotion-compatible mini-LED screen, it will certainly be more expensive than the current 27-inch Apple Studio Display. We will therefore wait for new rumors.
