DocuWare puts the finishing touch to its DocuWorld tour

under the motto “The Future of Sales” DocuWare has put an end to the DocuWorld tour, with a great success of attendance. The company has approximately 850 partners from more than 25 countries, who have witnessed interesting presentations by prominent leaders, as well as an important part of the networking that is created at these events.

The tour has offered invaluable insights about the current market and industry development, which can be applied to your own sales tactics and strategies. Partners benefited from tips shared by speakers in their keynotes: Philip Semmelroth, in Berlin and Shari Levitinin Orlando.

The event also featured breakout sessions on topics like sales strategy, cybersecurity, lead generation marketing, and much more. For his part, Max Ertl, president of the DocuWare Group addressed the changes and challenges facing businesses this year. He urged attendees to see the change as an opportunity for success and promote the use of technology, a DMS tool, to help their clients overcome skilled worker shortages.

He boom of digital solutions

DocuWare has also used these events to celebrate its financial results. The company has increased its income by 21.5% and more than 3,000 new clients, thanks to the increase in demand for digital solutions.

DocuWare has established itself as a leading provider in its field since 2012 and the cloud revenue they grew by 47.4% year-on-year. Among the approximately 3,000 new customers, some 2,500 opted for the cloud, reflecting an overall increase of 33%. As of the end of fiscal year 2022, DocuWare had 8,500 cloud customers.

In this regard, Michael Berger, President of the DocuWare Group, stated: “We have closed the 2022 financial year successfully, both in terms of revenue and the acquisition of new customers. As a growing company, we are dedicating more staff and financial resources to product development. Our goal is for companies to be able to maintain sustainable growth rates, so we continue to work on innovative technology solutions to help them.”.

The share of new business remains highest in the DACH market, closely followed by the US, France and Spain, with positive global growth from emerging markets such as the UK, LATAM and APAC.

Coming soon: Version 7.8

Going forward, DocuWare will expand its resources for product development. DocuWare has dedicated 15 million additional euros to product development over the next three years to secure its position as a leading software company facilitating the digital transformation of businesses around the world.

In the second quarter of this fiscal year, DocuWare will release version 7.8, which will include updates and an improved user experience. More details to come in June: The big news is that, in addition to improving the user experience, the new DocuWare app makes it easy to connect to Microsoft Teams and allows you to share, index, and archive documents within Microsoft Teams.
