Facebook Messenger, the famous messaging application belonging to Meta, has announced a new update bringing improvements to voice messages or even to the ephemeral mode.
Facebook Messenger will soon be entitled to a new update. This will bring major changes to the voicemail functionality. Now users will be able to replay their voice message before sending itbut also of pause, delete or continue recording. Previously, releasing the microphone button instantly sent the voice message, without the user being able to ensure that it was understandable. For the occasion, Facebook Messenger will also extend the maximum duration of voice messages from 1 minute to 30 minutes.
In addition to improving its voice messages, Messenger will also make changes to fleeting mode, which deletes messages after they’ve been sent. Now you will be able to share GIFs, stickers or react to messages. Additionally, you will be notified if your recipient takes a screenshot of your conversation.

The major new feature added to Messenger on Android and iOS is the Split Payments feature, which allows you to split payments between members of the same group.
