Fujitsu consolidates its leadership position as a provider of technology services in Spain

Fujitsu Spain consolidates its position as a reference provider for companies seeking the best technological services proposal. This emerges from the latest wave of the most prestigious study on IT providers, carried out this year in Spain, by Whitelane Research (independent research organization dedicated exclusively to studies of IT services throughout Europe) and Quint (strategy consultancy focused on digital transformation).

Covering approximately 85% of the market in our country, the study has had the participation of more than 240 executives from the main IT investment companies, evaluating their satisfaction with IT service providers in categories that include datacenter, end-user services, cybersecurity and digital.

Fujitsu Spain has managed to establish itself in a solid leadership position -6 points above the average for the Spanish market-, in the general satisfaction classification. In this way, 100% of Fujitsu Spain customers gave a positive response regarding their level of satisfaction with the company, with 95% of their customers being “Satisfied” or “Very satisfied” with their IT service proposal. Likewise, the Spanish subsidiary has maintained a clear progression in the last three years, until reaching the first position in the Cybersecurity and Business Understanding indicators. In Business Understanding (knowledge of its customers’ business), Fujitsu achieved a ratio of 92%, 9 points above the market average. And in Security, an indicator that is considered for the first time in this study, Fujitsu achieved the first position in the ranking with 88%, compared to a market average of 81%.

The Whitelane study is a benchmark study that has been carried out since 2013 and evaluates and ranks the main IT service providers based on a set of key performance indicators and by segment. It is considered one of the most representative reports on the IT services market.
