Lidl makes a splash with its electric bike sold for 899 euros in Spain
After the True Wireless headphones at 25 euros, the connected watch at 40 euros, or the smartphone at 70 euros, without forgetting the food processor at 399 euros (but which sells for 800 euros on LeBonCoin), Lild is attacking the all-terrain electric bike (and it’s not an April Fool’s joke like the game console). The product is called Zundapp Z801. It offers a range of 30 to 125 kilometers depending on the assistance mode. And it is offered to 899 euros. Without being the cheapest, it is selling like hot cakes in our Spanish neighbors where it is already out of stock.

Microsoft estimates the time needed for a Windows 10 or 11 update at 8 hours
How long do you think a Windows update lasts? One o’clock ? Thirty minutes ? According to Microsoft, an update usually lasts more than 8 hours. The person in charge of Windows Update published an article on the official blog of the firm where he explains his calculation. This includes connecting to Windows Update servers, detecting updates, downloading the various components, preparing the PC to accept it and finally applying it, before a full restart.

Gmail changes face to look more like Outlook
In companies, it is not Gmail that prevails, but rather Outlook. It is the benchmark software for managing emails, calendar, address book and various workflows. When a competitor wants to grab some market share, it makes sense to get as close to it as possible. Google has started rolling out an update to the web version of Gmail that includes not only outlook design outlinebut also the functions integration with professional tools, here those of Google: Workspace, Drive, Docs, etc. The interface will be activated on February 8, 2022.
