Sepiia launches a collection of t-shirts, based on an optical effect, that changes color

The startup, Sepiia, has presented a new capsule collection, ‘Color Me Back To Life’. It is a new concept in the world of fashion, which is based on an optical effect, in which the letters change color. The collection is based on refreshing summer t-shirts apparently white that, when exposed to sunlight, reveal intense colors and a clear message: what we see in print, “color me”, is completed with “back to life”.

What is behind this message? A new step from Sepiia to make people aware of climate change on one of the most significant marine ecosystems, the coralswhose color withers to death when the waters where they live rise in temperature or become polluted.

Sunlight also reveals a vibrant coral print that reminds us of each person’s individual responsibility to reverse the adverse effects of global warming. This is how ‘Color Me Back To Life’ is imposed as a capsule collection at the same time impressiveevocative and environmentally aware, in which they manage to add a new unique effect to the technology of their garments to surprise again with smart fashion.

In addition to incorporating technology into garments so that they light up with this message and give it visibility every time you go out, they also seek to generate a positive impact on corals. That’s why they teamed up with Nea water, a Spanish canned water company that plants a coral for every photo you upload with its products. Sepiia will allocate part of the profits from this collection to plant 40 corals in the Agua Nea project in Costa Rica, home to future reefs.
