Seresco, a Spanish company specializing in software solutions and services in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) reinforces its growth and expansion plan with the purchase of 76% of the capital of the Portuguese company ELO-SI.
Located in Porto and with more than 600 clients, it is a benchmark in time and people management. In addition, it is specialized in flexible solutions for automatic custom data acquisition for different business sectors.
In general terms, Seresco’s participation in ELO-SI is valued at 1.4 million euros. And it aims to double its turnover to 68.2 million by 2025, thanks to pillars such as its recent addition to BME Growthorganic and inorganic growth or international projection.
Seresco was founded in the city of Oviedo in 1969, where it maintains its headquarters. It also has service centers in Madrid, Barcelona and Vigo, and international branches in Portugal, Peru, Colombia and Costa Rica.
In total, 50 years of experience in the provision of services in the areas of personnel and payroll administration, digital transformation, cartography and cadastre, infrastructures and IT services, cybersecurity and software development.

Strengthen solutions in the payroll and human resources area
With the purchase of the Portuguese company, an organizational step is taken in the integration of its technology and adjacent capabilities in the area of payroll and human resources. Aspect that will generate potential synergies with the rest of the divisions and benefits for the more than 1,500 clients of the technology company.
It also reinforces its objective of positioning itself as a benchmark company in solutions and services in the field of information technology, consolidating its growth and internationalization, committed to the development of its staff and exceeding the expectations of its customers as a benchmark in innovation and security.
Seresco not only acquires most of the capital of ELO-SI. Also has the option to purchase the remaining 23.13% of the Portuguese company. A commitment by the Spanish technology company to the expansion of the company in Portugal, a strategic market in which Seresco has been present since 2015.
