How to get an AirPods replacement
- The first thing you should do is log in to your Apple account with your correct ID, and then we will go to the technical support service of the Californian company, you can click here. You can also go to apple support page and start your session from the web.
- Once the support option is chosen, a drop-down will appear with the AirPods option, click on it, and we are already in the correct section.

Repair under warranty or with AppleCare+

Remember that the AppleCare+ service can be obtained up to 60 days after the purchase from a company device.
AppleCare+ limits the cost of replacement fees and it covers some repairs completely, so we don’t have to worry about making a greater outlay.
When it comes to repairing damaged components, AppleCare+ covers two cases of accidental damage during a 12-month period. This means that in the standard two-year coverage, you’ll have access to four repairs for damaged AirPods. If one of your AirPods stops working during this time, for whatever reason, thanks to the AppleCare+ service you will have new or repaired AirPods.
AirPods Pro replacements for free

You can also choose to change the pads, out of necessity, due to their wear, or for pleasure, and thus personalize your headphones a little more.
In the event that you want to change the pads, outside of the cases covered by warranty or by AppleCare+, you should know that it will cost €79.
