The Spanish foodtech sector invoices 695 million, tripling its annual investment

The boom in this field is due in large part to delivery start-ups, which along with investments in alternative proteins and digitization of agriculture have facilitated this development. Thanks to this, Spain is the fifth foodtech ecosystem with the highest investment in Europe, behind Germany, the United Kingdom, France and the Netherlands. Our country has 400 startups working on the development of the agri-food chain and its future applications.
