Fewer and fewer manufacturers include the charger when buying a smartphone, a reality that has made these acquire greater importance, and manufacturers such as Trust have decided to expand their catalog of this type of product. The Dutch company has just presented the new USB-C Maxoa complete line of chargers that is available in three different configurations, and that offer a total compatibility, since they use the standard approved by Europe.
According to Trust, Maxo USB-C chargers are made with 75% recycled plastics, and depending on the version we choose, we can use it without problems with smartphones and tablets, or with laptops. The top-of-the-range model is the 100-watt Trust Maxo, which is an interesting option to replace other larger and heavier chargers, and it fits perfectly in the palm of your hand.
This charger has security measures to avoid problems in case of excess heat, overloads and power surges, which also makes it a reliable and safe alternative. Its selling price is €69.99. If we need chargers with less power, we can opt for the 65-watt and 45-watt models. The latter will work without problems with smartphones that support fast charging at this power level, like the Galaxy S23, for example.
The 65-watt Trust USB-C Maxo is priced at €49.99and the 45-watt model is priced at €39.99. Keep in mind that all these chargers have, as we have said, protection measures to avoid problems in case of overheating, power surges and overloads.
Having a reliable and quality charger is extremely important to ensure the proper functioning of our devices and equipment, and to guarantee a long useful life. They can also have a major impact in our lives and in our safety, since on more than one occasion we have heard cases of low-quality chargers that have ended up causing fires or that have damaged the device to which they were connected. For what they cost, it is clear that it’s not worth playing.
