Through its digital self-consumption platform, Digien makes available to prosumers (solar energy producers) and consumers a “peer to peer” marketplace in which they can buy or sell photovoltaic solar energy from self-consumption.
In this way Digien connects installers, roof owners and potential consumers of photovoltaic solar energy through a network in which they can interact using technology developed by the company’s engineering team.

Digien is characterized by being a 360 digital signature by having new technologies such as communication systems (such as blockchain and artificial intelligence), which allow streamlining the contracting processes, facilitate the transformation of the electricity supply and guarantee the traceability of origin of the energy, among other advantages.
The company has developed storage and recharging technology with standards higher than those already in the market, which also allow intelligent energy monitoring, thanks to the Digilink incorporation. This device developed with algorithms with artificial intelligence (AI) and blockchain allows connectivity and interaction between the devices of a home and the photovoltaic system, thus allowing the monitoring of energy flows from the platform.
First network of installers nationwide
One of the great novelties that Digien brings is the creation of a network of qualified installers distributed throughout the national territory and that allows users to receive a quick service through an application that works by geolocation. This guarantees a flow of orders through the platform that greatly benefits the installers that are part of the network, since they will be able to directly contact potential prosumers through the application, to carry out the self-consumption project in their residences with all the guarantees.
Digien contributes to increasing the customer base by automatically sending requests from potential prosumers to installers’ mobiles. Therefore, this will save them time and resources, since they will have access to a portfolio of projects quickly and easily. This is because from Digien, which works as a manager, they are in charge of customer service and all the processes that this entails, such as signing the contract, resolution of doubts or problems, access to financing for clients, etc.
