The Spanish consultancy atSistemas has confirmed the acquisition of Incipy, a consulting firm specializing in digital business transformation and strategy. With this operation, atSistemas continues with its inorganic growth strategy for the 2021-2024 period, which also allows it to expand its portfolio of business digitization services. The purchase has been agreed in exchange for the payment of one million euros in cash for the total capital of the company.
atSistemas will therefore incorporate into its services the portfolio of those offered by the also Spanish Incipy, founded in 2009. This consultancy has specialized in the design of data-based strategies, with which it supports its clients in their adaptation to new digital models. To this end, it divides its activity into four lines of services: digital strategy, digital marketing and improvement of customer experience, cultural transformation and employee experience, and data governance and innovation. All of them with technology as an ingredient and fundamental support.
Incipy has a portfolio of clients belonging to various sectors, and employs a team of digital transformation professionals accustomed to working with managers of renowned companies in Spain with regard to their digital transformation, carrying out the entire process, from the first steps. from strategy to implementation.
With his arrival at atSistemas, the company will continue to promote the consolidation of its business, in addition to growth that began last year with the purchase of the British technology company New Verve Consulting as a step forward in its expansion to other countries. On the other hand, it intends to start trading on the BME Growth market before the end of 2023.
