Eulalia Flo leaves Commvault to lead Equinix in Spain

Changes in the management leadership of Equinix in Spain. The digital infrastructure company has appointed Eulalia Flo as the new CEO for Spain. She takes the reins of the Spanish business with the aim of continuing to drive its growth by supporting the strategic digital infrastructure needs of clients, both locally and through Platform Equinix.

Born in Badalona, ​​Eulalia Flo assumes the position of CEO, replacing Ignacio Velilla, current Global Vice President of Managed Services in the company. In addition to focusing on growth and sustainability, Eulalia will build on Equinix’s strength and reputation in Spain as a key strategic interconnection player with key hubs in Madrid and Barcelona. Likewise, she will continue to defend the importance and influence of Spain in the global digital infrastructure industry.

eulalia joins Equinix from Commvault, a company that she has led as General Director of Iberia for the last 5 years. During this stage, Eulalia was focused on directing the growth of the company, rebuilding its ecosystem of partners and reorienting the business successfully towards the business client.

Eulalia will draw on her experience in project management, consulting and sales at companies such as Capgemini, Business Objects, Symantec and Dell to further Equinix’s objectives of supporting the digital transformation of companies, building high performance teams and developing partnerships between clients and the business ecosystem in general.
