Foundation: the release date announced by a new teaser

It is through the release of a new teaser trailer that Apple TV + has announced the Foundation release date, the epic saga of the visionary showrunner and executive producer David S. Goyer (Batman Begins, The Man of Steel).

The teaser anticipates the reach of the highly anticipated new Apple Original series, which marks the first ever film adaptation of the iconic and award-winning series of eponymous novels by Isaac Asimov.

The Foundation’s release date

The first season, consisting of 10 episodes, will debut worldwide on Apple TV + on September 24 with the first three episodes, followed by one episode a week, every Friday.

“In the decades since the first printing of the” Foundation “series, Asimov’s prophetic science fiction work has never been more relevant than it is now”Goyer said. “Growing up, I devoured ‘Foundation’ and dreamed of one day seeing it on screen, but a feature film didn’t seem enough to embrace such an ambitious project. Thanks to the broader perspectives offered by streaming and a valuable partnership with Apple and Skydance, we are able to bring the series to the screen in a way that truly does it justice. “Foundation” has always been at the top of my wish list and I am honored to have helped finally bring it to life. Whether you’re a fan of novels or just want to see a mind-blowing epic, I’m thrilled to share what we’ve created with you. “

When the revolutionary Dr. Hari Seldon foretells the imminent fall of the Empire, he and a band of loyal followers venture to the edge of the galaxy to establish the Foundation in an attempt to rebuild and preserve the future of civilization. Enraged by Hari’s claims, the Cleons – a long line of ruling emperors – fear that their control over the galaxy may weaken, undermined by the danger of forever losing their legacy.
