GROW with SAP, new cloud offer for medium-sized companies

The multinational SAP presented yesterday its offer to help medium-sized companies to adopt an ERP in the cloud with speed, predictability and having access to continuous innovation. Under the name of GROW with SAPthis encompasses the solution SAP S/4HANA Cloud, best practice support, services needed to accelerate adoption, and access to a global community of experts and learning tools.

According to David Gonzalez Head of Midmarket and Partner Ecosystem at SAP Spain: “Midsize companies are the engine of future growth for the economy and for SAP. In recent years it has been the area in which the most new business has been generated in Spain and we anticipate that it will continue to be so in the coming years. Only in 2022, 220 new companies in the SME field were incorporated into our client portfolio”. Relationship between growing medium-sized companies and technology

IDC research shows that many midsize companies are in a stage of rapid growth and need the technology they use to grow at the pace of their business, as they begin to encounter related problems. with the global complexity that large companies usually have.

That research divides medium-sized companies into four categories, with the lowest being “aspirants” and the highest “leaders” and the result is that:

  • The leaders expect an average revenue growth of 10.5%, compared to 0.6% for the applicants.
  • 81% of them have completed the digital transformation or are very advanced, compared to 36% of the applicants.
  • 92% of leaders use an ERP.
