Izertis stays with the engineering company Techsociety

The consultant Izertis has secured the purchase of engineering company Techsociety. Based in Madrid, it is specialized in end-to-end services, ranging from product conceptualization and design to its final implementation and commercial launch. In 2022 it reached a turnover of 2.49 million euros and has around thirty employees, who will go from the closing of the operation to work for Izertis.

With this incorporation, Izertis expands its production capacity in areas focused on multi-sector engineering, design, development and manufacturing of consumer electronics products, the Internet of Things and digital products. This incorporation into the company, the first that izertis will carry out in 2023, is part of its growth plans.

This purchase will also allow the technology company to open new lines of business. In addition, its technology and experience will allow Izertis to strengthen others in the engineering services portfolio. Among them are industrial design, mechanical development, hardware development and operating systems. Izertis will also add Techsociety’s clients to its portfolio, including companies in sectors such as medical, agricultural, infrastructure and telecommunications.

2023 is the last year of the Izertis strategic plan, which started in 2020 and which aims to reach 125 million euros in turnover this year. Currently, the company is included in the Financial Times ranking of the 1,000 companies that grow the fastest organically in the 36 countries of Europe. 3 years ago it went public, and since then its share price has risen more than 375%.

It has a track record of more than 25 years and more than 1,600 employees, and has offices throughout Europe, America and Africa. It currently has projects in more than 50 countries. Its CEO, Pablo Martinhas highlighted this operation that «It will allow us to strengthen lines of activity with a growing demand in the market, positioning ourselves as a very relevant player in the technological engineering segment”.

For his part, he CEO of Techsociety, Javier Macíashas stressed that «With this integration we will be able to improve the solidity and strength of both teams, increasing the ability to respond to the needs of customers, facing with solvency new challengesand managing to focus on larger national and international projects”.
