Disney, through its Youtube channel, has released two new trailers a month after the premiere of Jungle Cruise, focusing on the characters of Dwayne Johnson is Emily Blunt. The film, directed by Jaume Collet-Serra, was due out in theaters last summer. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, its release has been postponed to July 30, both in theaters and on the Disney Plus platform.

Set in the 20th century, Jungle Cruise centers on the story of the captain of a riverboat named Frank, played by Johnson. Enlisted to bring a British scientist, played by Emily Blunt, and his brother in search of the Tree of Life along the Amazon River, stumble upon an epic adventure.

The film is based on the classic Disneyland park attraction and has been in development for nearly 10 years. In 2015, the news came from Disney that they were making the film with Johnson, but the rest of the cast did not arrive on board until 2018.
